From waste tyres to recovered industrial materials.
Our two-facility model is designed to combine mechanical recycling with forward-integrated thermal processing, creating multiple useful material and energy streams from end-of-life tyres.
The Gandhidham and Gadsai facilities are designed as connected parts of a broader resource-recovery strategy.

01
Procurement & Screening
End-of-life tyres are sourced, inspected, classified and screened before processing.
02
Primary Shredding
Tyres are reduced into irregular rubber chips for further processing.
03
Secondary Shredding
Material is reduced to a more consistent size suitable for separation and downstream processing.
04
Steel & Fibre Separation
Magnetic separation removes steel wire while air-classification and cyclonic systems recover textile fibre.
05
Grinding & Crumbing
The purified rubber stream is processed into different crumb-rubber grades for specific applications.
06
Quality Control & Dispatch
Finished material is checked for specification consistency and packed with batch traceability.
Facility 02 · Under Implementation
